  • While we would love to be able to include air conditioning charges in our rental price, the constantly rising charges of the island's electrical company make it impossible. Thus, if you would like to use air conditioning in the bedrooms, you will be charged $10/bedroom/night

Payment
Villa Delfin requires a 50% deposit on confirmation of booking. Final payment is required 10 weeks before departure. A security deposit is also required (main house: $750, apartment: $200, bachelor studio: $200). This is to cover the cost of any damages or breakage and will be refunded upon departure inspection.


For payment we accept wire transfers in US dollars to our bank (details will be given upon email confirmation), or online credit card payment through PAYPAL. You do not require a PAYPAL account. Please read our Rental Agreement before you make a reservation.

Payment for additional ammenities can be made in US cash in personal at the villa.


Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will come into effect the day written notice is received by Villa Delfin and will be refunded as shown below:
